# Setup of Terminal
To use the system, customers must be able to install the tablet as a 'terminal' or 'kiosk' in a readily accessible area of the facility (preferably the entrance area).
With this tablet and the **Beehive** application, customers and staff can easily and quickly check in and check out digitally.\
This can be done using a QR code or a PIN.
Navigate to app.beehive-kita.de with the tablet ('kiosk') and log in with your password. Then, navigate to the check-in/check-out view.

The terminal (tablet) comes with a factory-installed 'Kiosk' mode. This mode allows web app applications to be displayed in a secure environment. We recommend using this mode.

The terminal requires a stable internet connection and a power supply. When installing, make sure to consider the height and accessibility for children. The front camera must not be obstructed.
